Our two beautiful sanctuaries are located just 10 minutes apart, and your memberships or class passes work perfectly at both! Because many of our class times are staggered by 15 to 30 minutes to give you more options, please double-check the LOCATION on your class before you drive:

Arrive 10-15 Minutes Early: This unhurried window gives our team time to welcome you, show you around the space and help you set up your props comfortably.

What to Bring: We provide all mats, blocks, blankets, and straps for free. If you prefer your own supplies, you are always welcome to bring them.

Need to Change Your Plan? If you cannot make a reserved special event, please cancel via your Momence account at least 24 hours in advance to open up the mat for a neighbor and avoid the $15 late fee.
