Path A: I Am a Brand-New Beginner
The 4-Week Foundational Beginner Series
If you have never rolled out a mat before, this is your safe, supportive starting point. Offered every other month, this pre-registered, progressive series breaks down foundational movements, prop usage, and breathing techniques under the guidance of our highly trained, veteran faculty. It is an unhurried environment entirely free of judgment, competition, or performance.
If the series dates do not fit your schedule, you are in excellent hands. Our entire teaching team is comprised of experienced instructors and trainers who are fully equipped to offer a welcoming space for every level of experience. Look for "Gentle" or "All Levels" on the schedule to start!
The Graduation Perk: To support your new routine, all graduates of our Beginner Series receive an exclusive voucher for their first month of our unlimited Movement Membership for just $55 (regularly $88).
Step 1: Choose Your Starting Path

Step 2: Set Up Your Account & Reserve Your Mat
We use a booking platform called Momence to keep our schedule integrated and effortless.
Creating your profile takes less than two minutes. Once your account is set up and your pass is selected, you can easily reserve your mat, manage your bookings, or explore our specialized schedule filters.
Step 3: What to Expect on Your First Visit
To remove the anxiety of the unknown, here is how a typical first day unfolds at our sanctuaries:
-
Arrive 10–15 Minutes Early (If Possible): This unhurried window gives our team time to welcome you, show you around the physical building and help you set up your props comfortably.
-
Running Late? Welcome Anyway: Life happens, traffic builds, and we never want you to panic. If your day gets delayed for a movement class, please come inside anyway. Just slip into the studio space softly and find a mat spot quietly to preserve the peaceful environment for the rest of the room. If you are running more than 5 minutes behind for a sanctuary event, this may be more disruptive.
-
What to Wear & Bring: Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and move freely. Don’t have you brown props? No problem. We are able to provide mats, blocks, straps, and blankets completely free of charge.
