Yoga is a safe and practical way to energize as well as relax you.  While physical fitness is a natural outcome of our work with the body, inner fitness is our focus.  Without forcing or pushing, we bring mind, body and spirit into closer alignment.  This way they can work together as they were meant to, and we can enjoy life without feeling scattered and fragmented.
