Hindustani Concert - Friday, May 29 at 6:30PM
Indian Raga: Coloring the Mind and Spirit.
Hindustani classical music is the soulful foundation of modern mantra music, providing the sacred ragas (melodic frameworks) and talas (rhythmic cycles) that create deep meditative states. Its focus on Nada Yoga (the yoga of sound) ensures that mantra music isn't just melodic, but a precise, healing vibration that resonates with the body and mind. It originates from ancient Vedic traditions, and is the backbone of the devotional music we love today.

The Wild Feminine with Laura Lewis - Sun, May 24th at 5PM
A guided, body-based experience for women who feel the quiet pull to reconnect more deeply with themselves.
Through intuitive movement, music, and gentle nervous system support, this workshop invites you to soften protective patterns, release tension, and reconnect with the body—especially the often-held and guarded space of the lower belly and womb.
This is not about pushing or performing.
It’s about creating safety in the body… and allowing what’s been held to gently unwind.
Come as you are. No experience needed.
*comfortable clothing, mat & water
*journal or notepad (if desired)
*two-hour duration
*recommend coming with slightly empty belly
Laura Lewis is a body-based practitioner and space holder who guides women back into connection with themselves through gentle, intuitive embodiment work.
Her approach blends nervous system awareness, hands-on experience, and years of personal exploration into how the body stores and releases tension, emotion, and lived experience.
Rather than following a rigid method, Laura’s work is organic—rooted in presence, attunement, and the belief that the body already knows how to return to balance when given the right environment.
Her workshops create a safe, grounded space for women to soften, reconnect, and explore the deeper intelligence of the body—including the often-overlooked connection to the womb as both a physical and energetic center.

Red Tent Women's Circle - 1st Sunday of the Month by Donation - Please Check Link
Red Tent is a monthly sanctuary for women — a gentle return to rhythm, rest, and remembrance. Gathering on the first Sunday of every month, we come together in a warm, sacred space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.
Each month carries its own intention and flavor, lovingly guided by one of our rotating facilitators: Renee' Waite, Raechel Winters, and Kristie Leahy Comsia. While the theme may change, the essence remains the same: a nurturing circle rooted in presence, honesty, and feminine wisdom. This is a place where stories are held tenderly, emotions are welcomed without fixing, and each woman is invited to arrive exactly as she is.
Red Tent is not about performance or productivity — it is about being. Being witnessed. Being supported. Being reminded of your innate cyclical nature and inner knowing. Through gentle practices, reflection, conversation, and rest, we honor the many seasons of womanhood and the quiet power of gathering together.
Come as you are. Leave a little more rooted, a little more open, and deeply held in community.
Recommended donation: $20

Belly Dancing - New 8 week Series starts week of April 6th

T'ai Chi & Qigong Ongoing Series with Laura
T'ai Chi Ch'uan is literally translated as “supreme ultimate boxing”. The “supreme ultimate” part refers to the Chinese concept of the origin of the universe. Out of the infinite potential of the void arises the dual principles of yin and yang. Yang being the male, warm, forceful, light principle, and Yin being the female, cool, yielding, dark principle. Neither one of these principles is superior to the other, and both are necessary because each contains some of the other. They are two sides of the same coin. The yin-yang symbol is also a symbol of T'ai Chi. T'ai Chi Ch'uan is a harmonious dance of yin and yang sometimes referred to as “meditation in motion”.
T’ai Chi was originally practiced as a martial art emphasizing strength and speed. Through time it has evolved into a gentle form of exercise that can be practiced by people of all ages. It consists of a sequence of movements that are performed slowly, softly and gracefully with smooth, even transitions.
Qigong (pronounced “chee gung”) is an ancient Chinese method of improving health and enhancing vitality. In this class we will use a variety of gentle exercises to gather, store, cleanse, strengthen and circulate vital energy (Qi). Gentle stretches and strength building movements are part of this practice. Release stress and increase energy as you coordinate breath with movement and intention.
This class meets once a week for 6 weeks.
