Girish Returns! Mantra Kirtan & Live Music Yoga - Fri May 8 + Sat May 9
Join us for a healing evening of call and response chanting with beloved yogi-musician-author, Girish! Pre-sale tickets $30/$40 after May 7th.
Yoga and live music are a GREAT combination! Let go and let your yoga flow as Kristie leads us through a soul-opening asana practice, infused with the beats and rhythms of Girish's soul stirring tunes. Class ends with a Sanskrit lullaby during Savasana followed by one call and response chant, chai tea and community connection.
Girish, an accomplished musician of many genres, former monk immersed in spiritual practice, loving wordsmith linking lyrics and rhythm in a blissful musical event, sings traditional Sanskrit mantras with a modern, funky, yet deeply devotional twist. Accompanied by his amazing band, Girish invites his audience to participate by singing along, call and response chanting, and dancing. Girish has been recommended by “The Guardian,” “The Oprah Magazine,” “Yoga Journal,” “Spirituality and Health Magazine,” and more. Girish's original music catalog of seven albums is popular in yoga studios and music festivals all over the world, and his book, “Music and Mantras” (Atria/Enliven/Simon and Schuster) continues his work to teach the art of meditation through music, to the world.

Grief Ceremony ~ Your Heart As a Temple of Fire
We gather together on Beltane, a seasonal turning point that welcomes in life and "bright fire." As we move through this threshold we honor our hearts and call forth steady flames of love to surround long held or new blossoming grief.
We invite you to bring a picture or memento of loved ones lost or loss of any kind. These special pieces of our hearts will be added to an earth altar.
Our time together will start with a grounding meditation accompanied by Tibetan sound bowls to settle the nervous system. We will journey into a heart opening practice~ working with awareness, breath, and vocal toning to create space in the heart for emotional release.
Self tapping and drumming will guide us deeper into Heart space, gently coaxing the heart open to meet, hold, and deeply witness any forms of grief that arise. Light yoga and somatic movement will be offered to support you on your journey of expression and inner expansion.
A sharing circle will invite kinship and community, a space to be seen, heard, and felt and a space beyond having the right words.
We will close with "bright fire", a powerful fire ritual to face the flames of loss and all that you have endured, and acknowledge the way new-found strength and a breath of fresh air can stoke embers of new life
Come as you are and leave knowing your Heart is a temple of fire and you are stronger than you know.

Red Tent Women's Circle - 1st Sunday of the Month by Donation - Please Check Link
Red Tent is a monthly sanctuary for women — a gentle return to rhythm, rest, and remembrance. Gathering on the first Sunday of every month, we come together in a warm, sacred space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.
Each month carries its own intention and flavor, lovingly guided by one of our rotating facilitators: Renee' Waite, Raechel Winters, and Kristie Leahy Comsia. While the theme may change, the essence remains the same: a nurturing circle rooted in presence, honesty, and feminine wisdom. This is a place where stories are held tenderly, emotions are welcomed without fixing, and each woman is invited to arrive exactly as she is.
Red Tent is not about performance or productivity — it is about being. Being witnessed. Being supported. Being reminded of your innate cyclical nature and inner knowing. Through gentle practices, reflection, conversation, and rest, we honor the many seasons of womanhood and the quiet power of gathering together.
Come as you are. Leave a little more rooted, a little more open, and deeply held in community.
Recommended donation: $20

The Wild Feminine with Laura Lewis - Sun, May 24th at 5PM
A guided, body-based experience for women who feel the quiet pull to reconnect more deeply with themselves.
Through intuitive movement, music, and gentle nervous system support, this workshop invites you to soften protective patterns, release tension, and reconnect with the body—especially the often-held and guarded space of the lower belly and womb.
This is not about pushing or performing.
It’s about creating safety in the body… and allowing what’s been held to gently unwind.
Come as you are. No experience needed.
*comfortable clothing, mat & water
*journal or notepad (if desired)
*two-hour duration
*recommend coming with slightly empty belly
Laura Lewis is a body-based practitioner and space holder who guides women back into connection with themselves through gentle, intuitive embodiment work.
Her approach blends nervous system awareness, hands-on experience, and years of personal exploration into how the body stores and releases tension, emotion, and lived experience.
Rather than following a rigid method, Laura’s work is organic—rooted in presence, attunement, and the belief that the body already knows how to return to balance when given the right environment.
Her workshops create a safe, grounded space for women to soften, reconnect, and explore the deeper intelligence of the body—including the often-overlooked connection to the womb as both a physical and energetic center.
